Product prices include applicable UK VAT where required by law.

For valid statutory cancellations involving returned goods, refunds will be issued without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after we receive the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier.

For faulty goods, refunds will be processed within the applicable statutory deadlines.
